About Lisa-Marie
With over 13 years of experience as a Canadian osteopath, Lisa-Marie Farley is known for her innovative, movement-based approach to sports therapy and performance. She specializes in post-concussion recovery and performance optimization, having worked with more than 100 professional athletes across hockey, basketball, and other elite sports. By blending manual therapy with targeted therapeutic exercises, she addresses the root causes of injury while helping clients move with greater strength, resilience, and freedom.
For the past eight years, Lisa-Marie has also shared her expertise as an international educator, teaching manual therapy, Somatraining, and ELDOA courses across Canada and Europe. Her teaching combines deep knowledge of fascial anatomy with practical, cutting-edge techniques, offering therapists and athletes alike a clear path to recovery and peak performance.
Beyond her clinical and teaching work, Lisa-Marie lives what she teaches. She is a devoted mother and passionate gardener, happiest when surrounded by nature’s rhythms. Whether cultivating food in her garden, cooking nourishing meals, or spending time outdoors, she carries the same philosophy into her personal life as she does her practice: that healing, growth, and performance are deeply rooted in connection—to ourselves, to each other, and to the natural world.

Whether in private practice or in the classroom, my work is about reconnecting you to your own body’s intelligence.
By blending osteopathy, Somatraining, and ELDOA with a deep respect for fascial anatomy and natural rhythms, I help clients and students reclaim resilience, restore balance, and unlock performance that feels authentic and sustainable. The outcome isn’t just recovery—it’s a renewed sense of strength, freedom, and trust in yourself.
my approach
Uniqueness over protocol.
Every body is different, and healing is never one-size-fits-all. Your body already holds the blueprint—healing is what you activate within yourself. By considering not only your muscles and fascia but also your context—whether it’s the demands of professional sport, the culture of your team, or the rhythms of daily life—I help you reconnect to your body’s intelligence. The result is resilience, balance, and performance that lasts.
my beliefs
Your body holds the blueprint—healing is what you activate within yourself.
Healing is not just about muscles, fascia, or joints—it’s also about the context you live and perform in. For professional athletes, that may mean the demands of travel schedules, training loads, recovery windows, or even the culture of the team environment. For others, it could be daily posture at work, stress levels, or lifestyle rhythms. What surrounds you reflects what is within you—and when we align both, change becomes lasting.

Kind Words
Micheal Okumura, Gym Owner and Somatraining Graduate
“I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your guidance and mentoring through this [somatraining] program. I started off a broken 50 year old who was being edged out by the conventional linear fitness standards that most people accept as fitness coaching. I wanted to raise the bar but didn’t have the tools. Over the three years the gradual escalation in my skills allowed me to heal my body and help the clients I work with. It was one of the greatest experiences of my life and I would do it all over again. ”
