The spine is, in my opinion, one of the most important parts of the body when it comes to health and longevity.
It is our "center" around which we position ourselves to move our whole body. It is also the connection to all our organs and our nervous system. It is said that 80% of people, in a lifetime, will encounter problems/pain in the spine that will affect their quality of life temporarily.
This program includes:
19 movement videos
3 pacing options to follow the program at the speed that suits you best (between 6 and 16 weeks)
A printable PDF to help you track your practices
A self-assessment questionnaire to qualify your progress
Lifetime access *
Understanding the language of the spine
Knowing how to respond to your spine’s needs is essential to a good quality of life. The spine consists of 4 major sections: the cervical region (neck), the dorsal region (upper back), the lumbar region (lower back) and the sacrum and coccyx (pelvis). And we address them all in this complete and global program.
And beyond all the mechanical benefits that can be found in this program, the positive effect on the nervous system and its general vitality is not to be overlooked. There is a direct link between the spine and our central nervous system. So improving your resilience at the spinal level directly improves your response and adaptation to stress!!!
This program is for you if:
You would like to improve your posture and spinal health
You know you have a weakness in this area and would like to develop tools to better meet your spine's needs for both mobility and stability
You suffer intermittent discomfort in one of the 4 sections of the spine mentioned above
You practice impact sports and would like to prevent pain that would prevent you from playing your sport
You are inactive, work at a computer and would like to start a strength training program that will be gentle and harmonious for your body.
