What are the ELDOA Sessions (in French only)*
These 2-hour online sessions offer a space to practice, refine, and integrate the ELDOA principles with precision and depth.
Each meeting begins with a guided practice focused on tension quality, alignment, and coaching, allowing us to revisit key postures and perfect their execution within a chosen clinical context.
We then move into a breakdown of the sequence and the development of clinical applications—exploring principles, common compensations, and ways to integrate ELDOA into different settings: manual therapy, athletic performance, or rehabilitation.
The goal: to help you embody the work through your own practice and deepen your understanding so you can guide your clients with clarity, confidence, and intention.
Prerequisites: These sessions are reserved for practitioners who have completed at least the ELDOA 1–2 combination training, or the ELDOA and MFS training at the Académie Sutherland d’Ostéopathie du Québec.
*Please note that all ELDOA sessions must be attended live.
**Recordings of each session you attend will be available for 4 weeks afterward for review purposes only.
