During this course you will learn the different process of arterial and veinous circulation and group of exercices to target and train them specifically.
This course will also teach you the mechanism of the lungs with its differents parts. You'll learn a group of exercices to stimulate segmentally each section of the lungs to help with pulmonary disease, asthma, etc.
