This immersive two-day course offers a powerful, integrated approach to shoulder health and performance, combining osteopathic insight, a peak into the Prentiss quad current system and strength-based training. Participants will dive deep into the relational anatomy of the shoulder complex—exploring how the scapula, thorax, spine, and nervous system interact to create efficient, resilient upper-limb function.

Through 4 segments of a program—activation, strength, recovery, and integration—you’ll learn how to assess shoulder mechanics, identify the root causes of dysfunction, and design therapeutic exercise strategies that seamlessly transition from rehabilitation to performance. Emphasis is placed on restoring coordination, load tolerance, and movement efficiency while respecting the unique demands placed on the shoulder in both sport and daily life.

Experience the shoulder not as an isolated joint, but as part of an interconnected system where breath, fascia, posture, and global movement patterns influence performance and durability. This course is ideal for trainers and therapists seeking practical, clinically relevant tools to build robust shoulders capable of sustaining high-level performance over time.
